The Lutheran Church of Australia licensed Dr. Bruce Arnold, a long time lay member of the congregation, as a Specific Ministry Pastor to conduct Word and Sacraments at St Paul's Sydney Lutheran Church while we were without a resident pastor during our Call process. The license was later extended and Dr. Arnold continued to serve the congregation under the tutelage of Pastor Richard Schwedes.
